Dear Mr. Ayub: You and I both know your position will delay production until after May 21 the date specified when council will be considering the MSM matter and you and your staff have purported to rely on this Stantec Report as a basis for council action. Hiding the report constitutes a violation legally and in my personal view morally to the community relative to transparency and allowing stakeholder input to council. Simply put, for staff to say “rely on this information” and then not provide it and now, per your email say we can have it 10 days from now well after the council proceeding is over, is contrary to the law and whole purpose of public knowledge and engagement on this critical issue.
It is unfortunate that you and staff are choosing to hide this data from the public.
