Dear Michael: As you and I have discussed there is considerable concern relative to the accuracy and completeness of the public and administrative records concerning the MSM issue. Thus I have been forced to issue a PRA request to obtain the materials with the intent of lodging them to fully complete the record.
I am forwarding the below. I do not believe Mr. Irelands initial email was ever made part of the public record. I ask that you take the steps to ensure that the emails below and made part of the administrative and public record for the above item. I also ask that for any emails or communications sent to council, whether through the council portal or separately, and whether or not to all council members be gathered and made part of the administrative record for the above proceeding.
Should this be problematic please let me know promptly.
